ABOUT LEADERSHIP LEE COUNTY

Since 1988, Leadership Lee County has been dedicated to developing local leaders in Lee County, Alabama. We identify and develop local leaders through our programs and initiatives, providing professional development, educational opportunities, and immersive community involvement. Our goal is to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to make a meaningful impact in Lee County through their leadership.

Kristen Reeder
Executive Director
Owner of Legacy Leadership Coaching
Kristen Reeder became Leadership Lee County's Executive Director in January 2023. A 2019 graduate of the program, she served on its board for three years.

With a decade of experience in Auburn's Human Resources department, Kristen recently launched her own business, Legacy Leadership Coaching. She also serves on the boards of Auburn City Schools' CTE Advisory, United Way, and the Alabama Association of Public Personnel Administrators.

Kristen holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, a Master’s in Management, Strategy, and Leadership, and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member. She is married to Casey, and they have three children, Connor, Brady, and Riley.
