Ignite Leadership Conference provides professional development, community engagement, and networking opportunities for new and seasoned leaders living or working in Lee County. The conference focuses on practical leadership strategies and connecting with other leaders.

Leading Locally offers listeners insightful discussions on leadership, community impact, and local initiatives. Hosted by Kristen Reeder, Executive Director of Leadership Lee County, each episode features in-depth interviews with a variety of leaders who are making a difference in Lee County, Alabama.

Since 1988, Leadership Lee County has been dedicated to developing local leaders in Lee County, Alabama. We identify and develop local leaders through our programs and initiatives, providing professional development, educational opportunities, and immersive community involvement.
